Play and Save for the Summer

Now that you’ve saved the money, here are a few ways to keep cash in your packet and cool down in preparation for the summer. It has been predicted that summer of 2014 will be one of the hottest, so keep cool without spending a fortune.

  • Visit the water park on a week day. Try to visit the water park on week days. Weekends are the busiest days for water parks, so they are also more expensive. Entry will be cheaper on a week day to attract more business.
  • Get a season pass to the water park.  Investing in a season pass is a smart decision and will save money in the long-run if you plan on visiting the water park often. Most of the time, a season pass pays for itself in about two visits.
  • Join a gym with a pool. Instead of having a membership to the health club and then also joining your local pool for the summer, combine the two together to save some money.
